A Muse Cupcake Social!

Look a tray full of cupcakes just for ME!

The new A Muse Retail space..isn't it fabulous?

I don't realize how "petite" I am until I see pictures...with Novell.

The whipper snapper Julie!

Elaine..a place for ink!

I'll have to post my FABulous goodie bag from the Cupcake Social...for now, here are a couple stamps that I picked up on Friday night. I was working with Copic Ciao markers...I have realized that I prefer the sketch because it has a finer tip on it...Who is the least expensive source for sketch markers? Whew, I checked them out on Dick Blick.....cha-ching! I'm part of Gina K's Ciao marker club so it makes it less painful...I'd keep the Ciao's that I have but think I won't renew my marker club.

Wow, awesome cupcakes and all the cool peeps you met!! So fun!

I have the sketches and they are great. I love the brush tip, which I use the most. I can even do itty bitty area with the tip. It just feels more natural to me. I get mine at Hobby Lobby. I wait until they have a 25% off at least sale on their markers and I'll grab half a dozen each time. So far so good. There was a site that sells them for a little less than the store but not sure what shipping is. So HB has been ok... IF you don't mind waiting for a sale... which here has been more less once a month or every month and a half for the markers.

A cupcake social? How fun! Looks like a great time. You are a tiny little thing, aren't you? I met Julie Ebersole and she's not that tall herself!

Hey, what fun, Amy! thanks for all the pictures.

I found when I was buying my Sketches that the University Bookstore was a fabulous place...there were discounts when you bought a dozen (or more) at a time...you could see and test ALL the colors...I slowly built a collection of a bit over 100 and I am happy with that range of color. Don't know how much they would be at the HL"s since we have none out here, do we? Mine turned out to be $4 a piece

Have a super duper week

How fun...and cupcakes too! You are so darn cute Amy...I'm sure you're taller than me though! Lucky you to get your picture with THE HRR Julie! Fab card and I can't wait to see your goodie bag score!!

Try Carp Diem for Copics...after the first 'buy' you get a better discount. We should order together - their shipping is high, but the cost with your 'return customer discount' is pretty low...I think it's around $3 for the Sketch markers (which I prefer because of that easy to use flexible brush tip!).
Oh, Amy! You look like you had a GREAT time! Isn't HRR Julie just the most fun to be around? I adore her enthusiasm! You lucky girl to get pics with all the other lovely ladies!! FAB coloring on the card. I also prefer the finer tip.

It was really fun to see you at the A Muse Social!! I also like using the Sketch Markers. BUT...after playing with the Copic with the small tip (the square ones we used at A Muse - which they sell) I'm going to start getting some of those.

Have fun stamping!!
